Liliana Celeste Newton[notes 1] (born April 14th, 2007), is a Scottish software developer and musician, and the creator of Lilypedia.
Newton maintains a comprehensive DNI list[1], and appears to have qualms with the Geometry Dash community, as well as mainstream DNI lists.
